NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Our products are hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Before ordering, please ensure you have selected the correct size.
If we are responsible for an error, such as sizing, design or quality control, we will correct this immediately for you. Please contact us with your order number, images of issue and details. Additionally, exchanges will be Manager’s discretion. These products must be returned unworn and in original packaging to ensure a return or exchange.
If the item is repairable then we will repair it within 48 hours of receiving the item back. We will accept any returns for faulty items within 180 days of purchase, after this we are under no obligation to repair the item. Please note we cannot repair heavily worn items and we reserve the right to refuse to repair any items which have been worn extensively.
Please contact email@example.com regarding any issues with your product, stating whether you want a return or exchange. If your request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including a label to send this back to us!
Please note that if you are ordering a completely bespoke pair, these will be completely non-returnable, unless faulty.
