What are the payment options?

All payments are made securely through PayPal or Shopify Payments, any debit or credit card can be used to make a purchase. Your payment will always be in safe hands and no data will ever be shared. We also now accept Klarna, ClearPay and LayBuy payment plans to make it easier for you to buy your favourite items!

Will the custom designs wear off?

At Prettyie Customs the quality of our products is the most important thing to us. We spend a lot of time preparing the shoe to ensure that the paint will never come off. All materials used will be tailored to the shoe whether that be leather or fabric, we have got you covered. Our aim is to create a product that is unique and not shop bought but is also professional enough to look like they have been shop bought. For our non-painted customs, they are created by our specialist production team and are made to last. However, we do advise that you take good care of any type of custom - they are not intended for rigorous, everyday use. 

How long will the product take to be created?

Each custom item has a different lead time whether it's socks, custom shoes or something else. This is because all of the custom items have different steps that we need to take to ensure you're getting the highest quality product. Please see the product pages for the wait time on specific items.

Why is the wait time so long?

We want to ensure that every custom product sent out is made to perfection therefore the process requires time so that we can involve every step necessary in making the best product for you. We also have times where we have a high volume of orders so this time is essential to keep up with them all whilst ensuring top quality products are made.  

FAQ'S FOR THE VINTAGE COLLECTION

How long does delivery take? 

All of our vintage items are sent within 2 days of receiving payment, usually it will be the next day but during busy periods please always 2 days. Standard shipping is Royal Mail first class for items over £50 and second class for below £50 however you have the option to upgrade your shipping options. 

Can I return vintage items? 

Due to the nature of vintage clothing we do not accept return. This is because most items will show small signs of wear, they are not a brand new product therefore we wouldn't be able to tell whether its been worn since the purchase or not. Please be sure when making purchases for vintage items. We do all we can to outline any faults but please bear in mind that all items will show small signs of wear, anything major would always be highlighted by us. We will accept returns if an item is severely faulty and this wasn't highlighted on our product page.
