Handling, Shipping & Returns

All items are sent tracked for both national and international deliveries. Some products have slightly different shipping times so please check this on the product page. 

All items sent within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail and will be delivered 1-2 days after dispatch (1-2 processing time before dispatch).

International products will have varied shipping times depending on your origin country so please be aware of this and use your tracking number to give you an estimate on delivery. 

Tracked Delivery (automatically applied to orders over £50):

Europe: 3-5 days, this can vary from country to country. 

Worldwide 7-10 days but there are some countries that will take longer. 

Economy Delivery (automatically applied to orders under £50):

UK: 2-3 days. 

Europe: 7-10 days. 

Worldwide: 21-28 days (sometimes longer for smaller, lower value items depending on recipients country)

* Please remember that the shipping time is added to the production time and it is not included in the production time stated on the custom product pages. These items all take a long time to create which is why give you an estimated time frame of when to expect your order, however please be aware that during busy periods this could increase without warning. 

Multiple items purchased..

If you have purchased multiple items including a custom order all of your items will be sent when the customs are finished so that they come in one package. If you require the other items sooner please email us and we will sort this out for you, in some occasions some packages may arrive before your custom item(s). 

Can I return custom items? 

Returns are not accepted due to the fact that most products are made to order so please bear this in mind when ordering, we will not accept returns if you order the wrong size so please double check your basket when checking out. If there is a problem with your order we will ask you to send a photo to our email and then deal with it accordingly by either replacing or fixing the product. 

What is the returns policy?

We don't offer returns unless the item is faulty, in which case if the item is repairable then we will repair it within 48 hours of receiving the item back. We will accept any returns for faulty items within 180 days of purchase, after this we are under no obligation to repair the item however if you speak with a member of our team and they agree to the return then we will happily repair them. Please note we cannot repair heavily worn items and we reserve the right to refuse to repair any items which have been worn extensively.
